General Definition of Work

Performs intermediate skilled administrative support work providing professional administrative support to staff and members of the public, overseeing District facilities usage, and related work as apparent or assigned.  Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Community Education Director.

Essential Functions

Manage facility reservation requests for District buildings; schedule, approve invoices apply payments; prepare reports.

Process class registrations; apply payments.

Reconcile and report monthly bank and credit card statements; prepare daily deposits; administer purchase order process; prepare annual reports.

Assistance in updating the District website and community publications.

Coordinate Advisory Council meetings; manage Director's calendar; proof publications and provide support for staff.
