Community Education Recreation Coaches/Assistants

About the Role:
Recreation Coaches and Assistants help lead youth and adult recreation programs including gymnastics, basketball, football, and more. These programs focus on building a love of sports, teamwork, cooperation, and fun.

This position is a great fit for high school or college students seeking flexible, rewarding work or anyone interested in a future career in teaching, coaching, or child development.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age

Essential Functions:

• Lead and/or assist with practices and games

• Emphasize skill development, safety, sportsmanship, and fun

• Manage team equipment responsibly

• Foster team spirit and positive participation

• Work well both collaboratively and independently

Pay Range:
$14.00 – $20.00 per hour
