The Member Services Associate is a frontline professional who serves as the first point of contact at locations while demonstrating exceptional customer service with a high level of professionalism. Participates in a team atmosphere while promoting health and wellness both professionally and personally. Continuously offers a superior customer support in order to make every moment an experience. Support members by providing program and product information, entering member data, handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with operations, scheduling of members appointments, and other member service related tasks. Responsible for follow up with members and potential members via email or phone. Demonstrates basic product knowledge, computer, and point of sale skills. Demonstrate detail oriented and be able to carry out multiple tasks at one time.
