Responsibilities

As a Cornerstone Caregiving team member, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients take prescribed medications as directed
• Provide mobility assistance in and around the home
• Prepare nutritious meals based on each client's dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition
• Complete other caregiving duties as assigned

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have at least one year of caregiving experience (preferred)
• Hold caregiving or healthcare certifications (welcome but not required, depending on location)
• Have a genuine passion for helping others
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Are willing to travel to clients' homes
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Can successfully pass a background check
