We’re looking for a Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and understands that high-end retail is equal parts service, sales, and attention to detail. This individual must have a strong service mindset, the ability to confidently sell and upsell product, and the flexibility to pivot between project-based work and customer service depending on store traffic and seasonality.
Retail experience is required and candidates must be available to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Provide a high-touch, welcoming, and professional experience for every customer.
Actively engage customers, assess needs, and recommend products with confidence.
Drive sales through effective selling techniques, including add-ons and upselling.
Maintain strong product knowledge to support styling, fit, and purchase decisions.
Deliver consistent service aligned with high-end retail expectations.
Floor Awareness & Flexibility
Seamlessly pivot from projects (merchandising, restocking, organization, etc.) to customer service as traffic and seasons require.
Maintain awareness of the sales floor at all times, prioritizing customers over tasks when needed.
Support peak seasons, events, and promotional periods with urgency and professionalism.
Operational Excellence
Assist with daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and visual upkeep.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the store.
Support inventory flow and basic operational tasks as assigned.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with leadership and peers to maintain a positive, accountable team culture.
Accept coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance and service standards.
Qualifications
Previous retail sales experience required.
Proven ability to sell, upsell, and engage customers confidently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and presentation.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability to work a full-time schedule with rotating weekend requirements.
