Lead Preschool Teacher

Mount Carmel Preschool is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a small group of children in a play-based, and faith-centered environment. This role is ideal for someone who values outdoor learning, meaningful relationships, and a slower approach to early childhood. The Lead Teacher will help create a classroom rooted in play, nature, nutrition, and faith, while supporting each child’s growth academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
