Cabinet Assembler/Installer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler/Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and/or installing custom cabinetry in commercial and residential environments. Your expertise will help bring craftsmanship to life by transforming raw materials into beautiful, finished products that meet our standards of excellence. The ideal ccanidate will be eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to producting high-quality work.

Duties

• Assemble cabinet boxes, apply hardware, deliver, and install custom cabinetry
• Safely and effectively operate power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment
• Conduct quality constrol inspections to ensure final product meets our high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general labor and/or other cabinet making tasks as needed
• Follow safety protocols
• Maintain communications with team members to keep projects on schedule

We are looking for:

• Experience in manufacturing or woodworking environments with knowledge of cabinet assembly/installation techniques (1-2 years required)
• Knowledge of woodworking tools such as drills, sanders, edge banders, nail guns, etc.
• Attention to detail and desire to produce quality results
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift at least 70 pounds, and carry/move large objects over various terrain
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed
• Must have reliable transportation and clean (insurable) driving record

While we prefer a candidate with experience, we are willing to train the proper individual looking for a career and looking to take the time and effort to master a trade.
