SALARY RANGE: $24.41 to $34.41 Per Hour
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
As a key member of a small but highly dedicated HR team, this position plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high‑quality human resource services across the campus. This role requires strong technical competence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex HR processes with accuracy and confidentiality. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of human resources functions that support the full employee lifecycle. This role manages complex HRIS and payroll processes; oversees benefits and retirement program administration; facilitates faculty credentialing and onboarding; and ensures accurate, timely completion of HR transactions across multiple state systems. In addition, the position provides guidance on collective bargaining agreement interpretation, maintains confidential labor relations information, prepares HR reports and audits, and identifies opportunities to improve HR procedures and data integrity. The work requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to independently manage detailed, high‑volume responsibilities while upholding compliance and service standards.
