Douglas County is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support subdivision and zoning administration.
***Key Responsibilities:
>>Review applications for administrative, major, and minor subdivisions.
>>Review real property transfer documents and easements for ordinance compliance.
>>Process, review, and coordinate the recording of legal documents related to land divisions.
>>Support compliance efforts to ensure land development activities meet county standards.
*Minimum Qualifications
*Recently Updated:
An Associate’s degree in the legal field, business administration, surveying, or a related field, and a minimum of one (1) year of related full-time experience in land title, real estate, and/or legal documents.
OR
Four years of full-time experience with drafting, reviewing, and/or interpreting real estate records, legal land descriptions, and/or land title and transfer documents.
Licenses:
🪪Currently possess a valid Class D Minnesota State Driver's License, or be able to obtain one upon the start of employment.
*Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years related experience.
GIS or property records database experience.
