Concrete Crew Members

Innovative Builders, Erectors and Developers located in Alexandria, MN is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team!  Whether you are experienced or new to trade, we offer on-the-job training and year-round work. 

Position Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
  • Travel required (MN, ND, SD)
  • Concrete experience is a plus, but on‑the‑job training provided
  • Must work well in a team and prioritize safety

Typical Responsibilities:

• Assisting with concrete pours
• Setting up concrete forms
• Installing rebar & wire mesh for pouring
• Finishing & smoothing of concrete surfaces
• Operating or assisting with tools such as trowels, screeds, saws, or compactors
