Position Requirements

• Certified Welder
• Keen sense of balance and coordination
• Comfortable working at heights & outdoors in various conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Travel required (Mn, Nd, Sd)
• Safety-focused
• Strong work ethic

Typical Responsibilities

• Knowledge in setting columns, beams, joists, trusses & decking
• Connecting steel using bolting & welding
• Ability to assist with the layout and measurements of the materials.
• Reading & interpreting blueprints
• Rigging & Hoisting
• Cutting, drilling, fitting, and assembling steel components
