Short‐Term Rental Maintenance Technician (Lakefront Properties with Pontoon & Docks)**

Position Overview
We’re hiring a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support lakefront short‐term rental properties that include a pontoon boat, docks, and outdoor amenities. This role ensures the home and waterfront areas stay safe, functional, and guest‐ready.

No mechanical repair certification required — major repairs will be outsourced

General Property Maintenance
• Perform routine inspections of the home’s interior and exterior
• Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting)
• Troubleshoot and resolve guest‐reported issues promptly
• Maintain HVAC filters, smoke detectors, light fixtures, and appliances
• Monitor and maintain landscaping, walkways, and outdoor structures

Lakefront & Outdoor Responsibilities
• Inspect and maintain the dock, lift, and shoreline areas for safety and cleanliness
• Ensure the pontoon is secured, covered, and stored properly between guest stays
• Perform basic pontoon upkeep (battery check, fuel level, cleanliness, safety gear)
• Check outdoor furniture, fire pits, grills, and recreational equipment for damage or wear
• Remove debris from yard, shoreline, and dock areas as needed

Schedule & Compensation
• Part‐time or contract position
• Hours vary based on guest turnover schedule and seasonal needs (most Saturday and Sundays required during June-August)
• Compensation: hourly rate $25+, depending on experience
