JOB SUMMARY:
The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for generating and qualifying marketing leads and fueling top-of-the-funnel activities to help us successfully reach our unit sales and revenue targets.
ESSENTIAL MARKETING DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

- *Support tradeshow efforts through project coordination, planning, administration, set-up and teardown. Travel to and participation in such events is required.
- Process and qualify incoming marketing leads from various channels. Promote and warmly hand-off marketing-qualified leads to appropriate personnel.
- Execute social media plans and foster engagement to promote growth in MQLs via these channels.
- Fulfill the day-to-day operations of Hubspot including email scheduling, segmentation, reports, workflows, etc. based on strategic direction developed by marketing leadership.
- Utilize data hygiene best practices to monitor and maintain data quality and compliance within the marketing databases.
- Utilize analytics tools to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that accurately assess marketing effectiveness and business impact through defined KPIs.
- Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to support company initiatives and marketing strategies.
- Nurture, protect and enhance our corporate image and brand.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Respond with flexibility to the needs of the business – both internally and externally – by addressing important corporate initiatives when requested by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS in Marketing or related field and/or equivalent experience.
