The Content Specialist is responsible for producing externally focused content that drives qualified traffic, leads and sales by helping to establish our company as the #1 trusted authority in secondary packaging.
- Consistently develop content that drives revenue, educates readers and answers key questions of our target audiences.
- Publish at least three new written pieces of content per week.
- Interview internal subject matter experts and conduct independent research to enable content development.
- Edit, proofread and improve other writers’ materials.
- Use AI tools to optimize efficiency for the content creation process.
- Ensure content development enhances and supports SEO/AEO/GEO efforts for websites.
- Construct storyboards to enable video production that support content strategies.
- Produce premium content, including eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, etc., used to convert leads.
- Nurture, protect and enhance our corporate image and brand.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Respond with flexibility to the needs of the business – both internally and externally – by addressing important corporate initiatives when requested by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS in English, Journalism, Public Relations or industry applicable field and/or equivalent content development experience.
