Pest Control Technician

Our growing pest control company in central Minnesota is seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. We take pride in providing high-quality service to our customers, and we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment. The ideal candidate is teachable, professional, and able to work well with both customers and coworkers.

No prior experience is required. We provide all training, licensing, testing, and ongoing education at no cost to the employee. Upon joining our team, you will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card, professional equipment, and all materials needed to perform your work safely and effectively.

This position can be structured as a salary role with an end-of-year performance bonus, or as a commission-based role for those who prefer an earnings structure tied to their production. We are flexible and willing to work with the right candidate to find the compensation model that best supports their success.
