Global Coordination Program Director

Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is seeking a part-time Global Coordination Program Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and implementing a global exchange program for Minnesota on behalf of Lakes Country Service Cooperative and Southwest West Central Service Cooperative. This position will coordinate with a national exchange program to develop sustainable globally focused programming for students and teaching staff in Minnesota.  The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a leader in working with students and staff, have intercultural skills to build relationships and recruit participants, be highly organized, a strategic thinker and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

This position is eligible for Hybrid and remote work; flexible hours; some travel, weekend and evening work required.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist in developing globally focused programming and advisory strategies that align with the service cooperative and AESA objectives. 
• Work in direct collaboration and alignment with AESA and AESA Global to ensure sustainable and successful programming for the service cooperatives. 
• Identifies, builds, and maintains relationships with potential hosts, exchange groups, and related stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage pilot global exchange projects.
• Lead and/or oversee regional delegations during AESA sponsored overseas exchanges.
• Advise executive leadership on program progress, design, viability, and resource needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Professional Education Degree
• 10 or more years in an advanced leadership position
• Demonstrated experience in program development
• Current Driver’s License
• Current Passport
• Must be able to maintain a valid drivers’ license and a safe driving record.

 Salary Range: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour

Position Type: Part-time - Up 400 hours annually
