Resident Assistant - Premium Weekend Days - New Wage $28 - Grand Arbor

Schedule: Premium Weekends – 32 hours/pay period – 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Saturday & Sunday – 3 out of 4 weekends per month & a higher holiday rotation – $28/hr!!! (newly increased)

At Vivie, we value our people and offer a competitive pay of $28/hour while working your scheduled weekend and holiday shifts. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, wellness programs, and opportunities for professional growth.  For shifts picked up outside of your scheduled weekends and holidays, base wage range is $18.50/hr. to $23.65/hr. (hourly non-exempt) based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Cares: Provide hands-on care to residents in assisted living/housing environment to help them maintain their physical and emotional well-being. Includes bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, transferring, meals and laundry.

Collaborate: Work with housekeeping, dietary and activities teams. Experience frequent contact and communication with staff, residents, family members and visitors. Work closely as one team to live out our mission.
