As an Agricultural Credit Analyst at Glenwood State Bank, you will play a vital role in supporting our Ag lending team by analyzing customer financial data and helping deliver sound, informed credit decisions. You’ll be responsible for reviewing financial statements and tax returns, preparing credit presentations, and collaborating with lenders throughout the loan process. Beyond credit analysis, you'll help improve and streamline the agricultural lending process by fostering communication, ensuring compliance, and supporting both new and existing business relationships. This role offers the opportunity to combine your financial expertise and agricultural knowledge to make a meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agricultural finance, with a thorough understanding of farm business operations and direct experience in credit underwriting and financial statement analysis. They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to research data, evaluate financial information, and make sound, informed decisions. A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience—particularly in agricultural credit or finance—is preferred. Familiarity with both crop and livestock operations is highly preferred, as is experience using FINPACK for financial planning and analysis.
