As we continue to grow and embrace new innovations, we’re looking for a full-time Technology Specialist I to join our team onsite at our Alexandria location, with occasional travel to our other locations as needed. This critical role is responsible for ensuring our systems operate smoothly and reliably, while supporting the technology needs of both our customers and internal teams across all our bank locations.

As a Technology Specialist I, you will be the critical first line of support for our team, providing timely and effective help desk assistance by responding to support calls and emails, creating and managing support tickets, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. In addition to day-to-day technical support, you will assist with implementing new technologies, maintaining our core banking systems, and supporting our technology infrastructure—including virtual environments, security systems, workstations, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, and VOIP phones. You’ll also be involved in deploying software updates, managing user accounts, supporting ATM and telephony systems, and helping educate staff on technology best practices. This role requires occasional travel to other locations, participation in on-call support, and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of bank systems and data.

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $23 to $29, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with at least two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training. They should be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks, with the ability to work independently and within a team. This position requires flexibility, including availability to work occasional before and after hours, occasional weekends and being on call when necessary.
