Position Overview:  We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our Commercial Construction team in Alexandria. This position is essential in supporting our Commercial Project Managers by creating, administering, and organizing project records, documents, and reports. This includes managing submittal requests, RFIs (requests for information), change orders, project progress reports, and close-out documents. The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers and customers to schedule work and ensure timely follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, the Project Coordinator will coordinate both progress and final billings, assist with logging sales opportunities and proposal tracking, and help maintain the project capacity plan and forecast future workload. Additional responsibilities include setting up new commercial jobs, processing job changes, managing the submittal process, updating employee schedules and resource capacity, preparing project manuals, and documenting procedures and work instructions. This position collaborates daily with the Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Service Departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth project execution.
