As a Senior Director of Clinical Services, you will:
- Provide Clinical Oversight – Lead and manage the delivery of care across Vivie’s continuum, ensuring consistent quality, regulatory alignment, and evidence-based practices that center the resident experience.
- Drive Strategic Clinical Direction – Develop and implement clinical strategies that support organizational growth, strengthen care outcomes, and align with Vivie’s broader goals.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency – Oversee staffing models, workflows, and resource allocation to support efficient, responsive clinical operations across teams and sites.
- Lead Quality & Compliance Initiatives – Establish performance metrics, implement quality improvement plans, and ensure all clinical operations meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Develop & Support Clinical Teams – Hire, train, and mentor clinical leaders while building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

This job also requires:
- Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Advanced degree such as MSN, MHA, or MBA preferred).
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota is required. Secondary RN licensure in Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of MN statues and CMS guidelines for Assisted Living and Long-Term Care environments.
- Significant experience in clinical leadership and healthcare operations.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance improvement.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, leadership, and visitors.
