Senior Director of Clinical Services

Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | 8:00 am-4:30 pm

As a Senior Director of Clinical Services, you will: 

• Provide Clinical Oversight – Lead and manage the delivery of care across Vivie’s continuum, ensuring consistent quality, regulatory alignment, and evidence-based practices that center the resident experience.
• Drive Strategic Clinical Direction – Develop and implement clinical strategies that support organizational growth, strengthen care outcomes, and align with Vivie’s broader goals.
• Enhance Operational Efficiency – Oversee staffing models, workflows, and resource allocation to support efficient, responsive clinical operations across teams and sites.
• Lead Quality & Compliance Initiatives – Establish performance metrics, implement quality improvement plans, and ensure all clinical operations meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Develop & Support Clinical Teams – Hire, train, and mentor clinical leaders while building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

This job also requires: 

• Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Advanced degree such as MSN, MHA, or MBA preferred).
• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota is required. Secondary RN licensure in Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain. 
• Strong knowledge of MN statues and CMS guidelines for Assisted Living and Long-Term Care environments. 
• Significant experience in clinical leadership and healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance improvement.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, leadership, and visitors.
