We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves identifying students with speech and language impairments and providing individualized therapy and support. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to help students succeed in their communication and academic goals.
Provide speech and language therapy services to students on your caseload.
Conduct assessments and screenings to identify potential speech-language impairments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Complete all due process documentation and manage Medical Assistance billing.
Prepare lesson plans aligned with student goals.
Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, evaluation sessions, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Stay current with new technologies and best practices in the field.
Education and Experience
Master's degree with coursework in Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field and minimal experience with an internship, student teaching or practicum 2 years prior to employment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements
Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA
Teaching License from State of Minnesota
