As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience building lasting relationships through trust, care, and expertise. You’ll be an essential part of our team, greeting customers every day and assisting them with a wide range of everyday banking needs both in the lobby and at the drive-up. From processing transactions to helping with online banking and debit card support, you’ll provide helpful, hands-on service with every interaction. You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge on our products and services through ongoing training. Every interaction is a chance to exceed expectations, strengthen trust, and showcase your dedication all while ensuring compliance with our policies and commitment to excellence.

We also offer a generous 401(k)/Profit Sharing plan to help you plan for the future. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 to $18, depending on experience and qualifications.
