Groundskeeper

The Lake Carlos Villas Resort is hiring a part-time, seasonal Groundskeeper. This person must have availability on Saturdays during the Summer months.

Key Responsibilities would include the following:

1. Perform tasks related to turf and shrub maintenance, including trimming, watering, raking, debris removal, and weed control.
2. Perform tasks related to cleaning, including grills and windows.
3. Operate hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks.
4. Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention.
5. Remove leaves and other litter from outdoor areas.
6. Assist maintenance staff with outdoor projects.
