Maintenance and Grounds

The Lake Carlos Villas Resort is hiring a part-time position in Maintenance and Grounds. This person must have availability on Saturdays during the Summer months.

1. Provide for maintenance and usage of boats, motors, and lifts.
2. Provide for routine maintenance and preventative maintenance of units.
3. Conduct an inventory of all items in the Maintenance area.
4. Perform tasks related to turf and shrub maintenance, including trimming, watering, raking, debris removal, and weed control.
5. Perform tasks related to cleaning, including grills, carpets, and windows.
6. Follow through with maintenance and grounds projects.
7. When directed, request bids, specs, and communicate with prospective vendors for maintenance and grounds projects.
8. Document procedures for the Procedures Manual, as directed.
