EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
Full-Time, Unlimited
Monday through Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., which includes two 15-minute paid rest breaks, and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break. This position is identified as an “Essential Employee” in the event of inclement weather and will be required to provide coverage outside of normal work hours.

SALARY RANGE: $20.21 to $28.02 Per Hour
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and support the college’s appearance, safety, general care and repair of campus grounds which includes lawn care and snow removal. This position provides lead work to employed student workers performing general grounds keeping activities and facilitates the preventive maintenance of grounds keeping power tools and equipment. In addition, this position coordinates and implements the shipping, receiving and delivery of daily freight, inventoried supplies and material. Other duties include maintaining an accurate inventory of warehouse supplies, material / equipment, record keeping of periodic maintenance to State / Facilities fleet vehicles and job-related delivery services as assigned through FMX work orders.
