About Compass:
Compass is Alexandria Community Education’s school-age care program, offering before- and after-school care, as well as care on non-school days and during the summer for PreK–5th grade students. Our summer program provides a fun, enriching environment for kids to explore, learn, and play.

Summer 2025 Program Highlights:

• Explore exciting field trips across Minnesota
• Enjoy indoor play at Shenanigan’s Playground
• Engage in activities like 4-H, gardening, gym time, and more

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing daily childcare activities
• Supervise and engage children in activity areas aligned with program goals
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
