Perform Fabrication duties
As a working lead, operate fabrication equipment proficiently to meet production needs and address equipment issues to minimize downtime
Assist team members with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to parts, tooling, and processes

Knowledge and Experience
Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology plus 2 years of fabrication experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred
Proven career growth in fabrication roles with expertise in setting up and operating fabrication equipment
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb. Ability to lift, pull, push 50lbs
Ability to walk or stand for extended periods (up to 100% of the time)
