• Monitor cell performance, identifying areas for improvement and take appropriate action

Perform Fabrication duties

• As a working lead, operate fabrication equipment proficiently to meet production needs and address equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Assist team members with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to parts, tooling, and processes
• Address and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime

Knowledge and Experience

• Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology plus 2 years of fabrication experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred
• Proven career growth in fabrication roles with expertise in setting up and operating fabrication equipment
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb. Ability to lift, pull, push 50lbs
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods (up to 100% of the time)
