As the Customer Care Supervisor, you will manage a team of Customer Care Representatives while leading by example, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. You will coach and mentor your team, providing guidance and support while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team and administrative duties such as scheduling and reports due to the Board of Directors.
An ideal supervisor possesses a strong combination of leadership and management skills, with experience in guiding and overseeing a team. Banking experience is a plus but not necessary. This position is a Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday morning schedule.
