Custodian

Custodial staff is responsible for keeping the common areas of the DCHRA Office and 5 Multifamily buildings clean on a weekly basis.  Additional job duties will be seasonal cleaning of outdoor facilities, such as windows, sidewalks, and landscaped areas, along with occasional light maintenance work. Other duties may include painting or assisting the maintenance staff with unit turnovers or repairs.  Minimum of 10 hrs a week with a maximum of 20.
