ERP Analysis

Key Obsessions:     

• Analyze ERP systems to ensure it meets the organizations needs and drives efficiency and growth
• Ensure quality and robustness of ERP systems
• Support the ERP system in production

Typical Day:

• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand how well the IT system functions and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Document feature enhancements, issues and defects.
• Perform all aspects of validation and verification of IT systems, including integration, system, regression, performance and user acceptance testing
• Ensure quality standards and requirements are met by developing, executing and maintaining test plans, test cases and test scripts.
• Work with vendors, subject matter experts, end users and software developers to deploy and support business systems and processes.
• Provide support and training to software application users.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in computer science, IT or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of the software development process, experience with Agile methodologies helpful
• Experience with documentation of processes
• Previous experience with Microsoft platforms including Dynamics, SharePoint, and Power Platform helpful
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment helpful, including exposure to CAD systems
